Our customers can exchange or return perfumes within 14 days from the date of receiving the order within the
following terms and conditions:
The returned product must be in its original condition,
unopened, and in its outer packaging attached to the original purchase receipt
That the product to be exchanged or returned has a defect or defect that is not apparent at the time of purchase.
Oud oil, incense and their derivatives are not returned or exchanged.
In the event that the order is desired to be returned after receiving it intact without any damages,
the customer shall bear the shipping cost through the following shipping service companies only:
(Aramex), provided that the perfumes are in their original condition (unused and in their packaging) and
attached to the original purchase receipt.
*After completing the shipping process, the customer must contact us to provide us with the shipment
number expected to arrive.
